How to find which Framer template was used for a website
Found a Framer website you love and want to know which template it started from? The fastest way is to use TemplateDex.
Use TemplateDex
TemplateDex is a free tool that tries to trace a live Framer website back to the original template it was built from. Paste in the website URL, and it compares the site's structural fingerprints against indexed Framer templates.
If it finds a likely match, you'll get the original template, the creator, the fingerprint match and a link back to the template. It also works with custom domains, so the site doesn't need to use a .framer.website URL. Try TemplateDex
Search the Framer marketplace
Head to the Framer marketplace and go to the corresponding category the website you looked at belongs to. Look for templates that have a similar layout to the website's template you are looking for.
Ask the site owner
If none of the methods above work, the simplest option may be to ask. Many site owners, designers or agencies are happy to share which template they started from!
